We are very careful about who we employ and we are passionate about training. We only recruit experienced people who enjoy what they do in a confidential, efficient and diligent manner. We don’t employ temporary staff or part-time workers. Every recruit we hire has to undergo a demanding interview process so we can be confident they have the professional attitude and people skills to succeed as a concierge.

Once inducted, all our concierges undergo intensive training with our in-house training team. They are then assigned to experienced mentors, until they are ready to start working for their own clients.
